N'PY, "the new Pyrenean chain", is a unique brand that groups together 8 Pyrenean ski resorts: Peyragudes, Piau Engaly, Grand Tourmalet (Barèges - La Mongie), Luz-Ardiden, Cauterets, Gourette, La Pierre Saint-Martin and the Pic du Midi.

Skiing accessible for all

Located in the heart of the Pyrenees, the 8 N'PY ski areas have 376 km of downhill runs, 150 km of cross-country skiing or snowshoeing, 252 trails and 120 ski lifts. More than 820 snow guns guarantee optimal snow quality.

All different, the 8 N'PY resorts are towns and villages on a human scale. Each one has its own identity to meet all your snow desires, whether you are family, nature, sport or fun. There is something for everyone: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, telemark skiing, snowshoeing, monoskiing, skating, sledding, etc. And for all levels: beginners, advanced, handiski.

• Peyragudes

In the heart of the Pyrenees, the resort of Peyragudes is surrounded by numerous peaks over 3,000 m. Peyragudes has 51 runs over 60km, 18 ultra fast lifts that take you to the top of the resort in record time and modern equipment. Snow is guaranteed all season long by our 260 snow guns.

• Piau

Piau is the highest resort in the Pyrenees with a peak of 2600 m. Piau offers a multitude of different runs to suit all tastes and levels. Piau is surrounded by national parks, nothing better to ski in an exceptional setting!

• Luz-Ardiden

A family resort par excellence, Luz-Ardiden is no less dynamic! The resort offers 3 slopes from 1680 m to 2500 m of altitude, Aulian, Béderet and Cloze.

The station extends its tracks on 60 km and its highest point culminates at 2500 m of altitude.

• Cauterets

Cauterets is not one but two ski areas. One of them, the Cirque de Lys, has a particularly important natural snow cover thanks to its particularly favorable exposure.

• Grand Tourmalet (Barèges/La Mongie)

The largest ski area in the French Pyrenees, the Grand Tourmalet is the grouping of 2 complementary villages: Barèges and La Mongie. Thus, the authenticity of the village of Barèges and the modernity of La Mongie located at the foot of the slopes, make it two resorts in one.

• Le Pic du Midi

From La Mongie, the cable car reaches the Pic du Midi in 15 minutes. On the terraces built at 2 877 m altitude, the panorama is breathtaking, especially thanks to the viewpoint that offers a view of the entire Pyrenees. 

The Pic du Midi is also the first freeride spot in the Pyrenees for skiing in total freedom, with a spectacular descent over 1700m for 10km of descent.

• Gourette

With more than 1200 m of vertical drop, Gourette offers a great diversity of terrain varying from gentle slopes to more accentuated runs. The resort is nestled among the highest peaks of the Ossau Valley.

Gourette is a constantly evolving area, thanks to its latest lifts, its remodeled runs and its freestyle spots.

• La Pierre Saint-Martin

The most western resort of the Pyrenees, La Pierre Saint Martin is the high mountain resort where the landscape and the environment are king. Here you ski with a view! The only resort in the Pyrenees to be awarded the Flocon Vert label and covering more than 75 hectares, this open domain offers grandiose and unique panoramas of the Spanish Pyrenees, the Bearn and the Basque Country.
