Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your EQ product, you may return them, within 10 days for a refund. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days from receipt of the item. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Please contact us at customerservice@eq-love.com to let us know about the return. The item must be in brand new perfect condition, the same as when you received it. All returned merchandise must be in its original saleable condition when received. Please be sure to include all of the original material that we sent with the merchandise.

Items must be sent via any Insured Carrier for shipment with Signature Confirmation. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail on the way back to us.

Please write your name, address, email address, order number, and date you placed the order on a separate piece of paper. Send this information in the package to the following address:

Warranty Policy

WARRANTY

EQ products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one year from date of purchase which includes any fault in material or workmanship.

If your EQ product is proven defective, it will be replaced at no cost to you. (excluding shipping costs). If they are not considered defective EQ will repair or replace your product at a reasonable charge.

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

Step 1 : Please include your proof of purchase, address, daytime phone or email, so we can let you know the status of your warranty claim.

Step 2 : Be sure to pack your EQ product in suitable packaging to make sure it is not damaged in transit and ship using a traceable source (DHL, UPS, FedeX, Insured mail). EQ is not responsible for products lost or damaged during shipment.

Step 3 : We will contact you when we have received your goods to let you know the status of your repair or exchange.
