Story:

In 2010, Franck Bywalksi, the founder of X-Treme Video, a company specialized in distribution for the extreme sports market, created EQ, a brand that offers well-being products designed for active sports participants.

The brand first distributed the EQ bracelet, developed by kinesiology and reflexology practitioner Patrick Matthews, using holographic technology to help athletes focus on performance. EQ  developed a line of Wraps, Warmers and Insoles for physical preparation and recovery, in order to address the specific needs of action sports participants. EQ also offers a complementary range of products such as golf and yoga accessories.

In 2012, EQ joined forces with two innovative brands, SEALS and EVOA in order to expand its product offer while addressing the well being and environmental concerns of a wider clientele.

SEALS, an ear protection system developed by ENT surgeons, acts as an artificial ear drum to prevent and reduce ear pathologies (in particular otitis and exostosis) for people engaging in water or outdoor activities, while maintaining their hearing and balance abilities.

EVOA is the first sunscreen  scientifically certified non-toxic for coral reefs and marine life. Tested under dermatological control, EVOA sunscreens are 100% natural and offer optimum sun protection against UVAs and UVBs.
